Hi!
My name is Chrysta Faye, and I am a folk doctor specializing in nervous system resilience using Organic Intelligence® techniques. OI teaches how healing happens from the nervous system up and makes it possible to imagine freedom from suffering. Freedom from suffering becomes freedom for living an authentic, vibrant life in the here-and-now.

Please allow me to orient you to Alchemy Integrative Wellness and my approach to healing through the cultivation of resiliency.
My practice is founded on the belief that every body has the biological impulse towards organization, wholeness and health; the path to feeling better is different for everyone. Your unique experience and knowing is the foundation for our work together, in which we support the good things already happening in your life. Where you seek beneficial change, my role is to facilitate your exploration of deeper embodiment.
I consider myself a politicized healing practitioner, who incorporates an analysis of structural power and social change. This means that I understand the impacts of trauma, oppression and privilege, and I work towards transforming them into more love, power, and collective action.*
I offer a variety of modalities including nervous system therapy sessions and hands-on therapies like massage, craniosacral and acupressure. Herbal medicine and health coaching are available to supplement our session work.
